Calibration & Quality

We link every assessment back to the role outcomes, so the profiles we present aren’t just good on paper, they’re aligned with what success actually looks like in your world. Our goal? A minimum 60% progression rate from first interview. No more meeting 10 people to find 2 to progress further.

After the Offer

Our work doesn’t stop when the contract is signed. We stay close with 1, 3, and 6-month check-ins to gather feedback, support onboarding, and highlight learnings for future searches.
